Let's just start by saying if you're not ready to be your best version in this life stay away. I've been on blends for over a year now and I am currently taking 21 different blends but I do have some favorites. First I want to say that I am fortunate to take a large majority of the blends offered. It is therefore difficult to pinpoint one specific result to one specific blend, but I do believe that ALL of the blends have contributed to the great results which I am about to share. I think often times we notice more when things are wrong or bad rather than taking notice when things are good. But if you are aware and present, if you start to pay attention, you will see that these blends impact SO MANY areas of your life. Here are a few examples of how these blends have impacted me. Perhaps Gavin can comment on the specific blend associated 1. I used to struggle with cold sores on my mouth and nose (herpes virus). I would get them every month or two due to stress or too much sun. I believe it has almost been a year since having one. Even when the conditions arose to get one I might feel the sensation of one but magically they would never appear and the feeling would dissipate quickly. 2. My skin has greatly improved. I had an age spot on my hand (I WISH I would have taken a before and after picture because it is incredible). I was self conscious about it because it made me look and feel older than I was. It is now gone. In addition, the sun spots and freckles on my arms and legs are much less. Even my aesthetician has had to increase my facial frequency because she said my cell turnover is just so much higher than it used to be. Another interesting thing that happened - and this would have to do with rapid healing but I recently had to have stitches. When I went in to have them removed the doctor commented that he had never seen anything like it. My skin and wound had healed so quickly and nicely that it had completely healed OVER the stitches. He had to access them for removal with an incision. ? 3. I stopped taking thyroid medicine when I started taking blends. This has probably been two years now. I recently started taking luteolin from Interstellar and after a new blood test, my Thyroid levels are the best they have ever been (although borderline) and quite honestly I feel no side effects of Hypothyroidism 4. I am happier and less stressed. This is subtle but noticeable. Even my husband has commented that I have a new energy and peace about me. And truthfully I just feel like smiling and laughing more. There is more that I can say but these reviews can get lengthy. ....I did take Autophagy this morning. I’ve been doing longer fasts and plant based feeding windows to improve my gut bacteria and I’ve struggled a bit with hunger. Today is different. I am not hungry per usual. I feel very blessed and grateful that i started taking super hair tonic 4 weeks ago. To be honest - it was not my hair that was a priority for me as i have other issues to deal with. However , I purchased the combo pack of blends ( thought that was my best way forward to take all the blends as per Gavins 22:2 protocol . Like i said at the beginning - my hair was not really my main priority for now - main reason being i fell out with my hair 30 years ago when i got my first grey hair (i was 13 years old) - i knew this wa genetic as my family members also started going grey as children - by the time i was 27 years old i succumbed to dying my hair ( so next 24 years was a big commitment to dying my hair every 4 weeks) , in that time - i knew the hair dyes were no good - toxic and carcinogenic - i kept dying my hair as could not leave my house if i saw one white hair!!!! "I was already familiar with some blends, like Trinity, Autophagy, Matcha, Seven Sages, Spice and Peel, Pine Pollen, etc... for myself and mother fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis.  I saw some benefits when my mon had her sciatica pain and was relieved using spice and peel. So when my sister sent me a message a couple of months ago from Cameroon, telling me that her husband has just been diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer (met to the lungs and bones) and was in serious pain. he couldn't even move without screaming for pain. So I’ve already written a couple of *stellar* reviews of Interstellar blends, but I haven’t gone so much into how they have helped me heal and recover from quite a few years of varying degrees of mental illness. I am a very health conscious person, but this has been a long healing process and i have come a long way, and there is still more progress to be made. I honestly don’t know what caused it (maybe being vegan for too long, or overuse of psychedelics in the past?) but for years I was having regular panic attacks, and was constantly terrified of existence. I had strong bouts of dissociation and anxiety surrounding panic attacks, and became ineffective at life in various ways. One big way was I could no longer drive a car without having sure and predictable panic attacks. All other times, they would sneak up on me and rear their heads at random moments, especially if I would start thinking about them and remember how they felt. So much of my healing has been through cultivating heavy doses of courage, and faith that the unbearable discomfort of a moment will pass into relief naturally with time, and I just had to have the courage to wait it out. Connecting with nature has also been huge for me. I started feeling much more rapid healing in my mental stability when I started taking Seven Sages. It has truly been a healing balm for my brain. In the past few months that I’ve been taking it daily, I seem to have developed more mental fortitude and inner resources in dealing with stressful or weak moments. And my weak moments are becoming less and less. I can now drive a car comfortably in limited situations (like around my own property, and at slow speeds through town). I have a ways to go to be able to have freedom and comfort with faster speeds, highways and traffic, but I have to be patient and consistent, knowing that full healing can take a long time. As long as I am making progress, even if it feels slow, I know I am on the right track and can joyfully celebrate my small victories along the way!

In the past few months that I’ve been taking it daily, I seem to have developed more mental fortitude and inner resources in dealing with stressful or weak moments. And my weak moments are becoming less and less. I can now drive a car comfortably in limited situations (like around my own property, and at slow speeds through town). I have a ways to go to be able to have freedom and comfort with faster speeds, highways and traffic, but I have to be patient and consistent, knowing that full healing can take a long time. I have hypothyroidism since forever, I was diagnosed when I was 10 years old (18 now). Doctors prescribed me medication and that I had to take them for the rest of my life.
