I also like to keep fit with the gym and boxing, and after taking supernova, my mood and endurance was amazing! I was able to last longer and recover much faster than usual! Highly recommend the blends to anyone and I look forward to trying some of the other blends Gavin has recommended to me to help with my eczema.
