I’ve been waiting a little to post a review on this product as I try to provide as much honest and authentic detail as possible. I have never been that girl with amazing hair. I’m not saying it’s bad but it’s fine and lacks volume. Combine that with thyroid issues and it had been dry and broken in the past. I’ve been on this blend about a month and this past week I’ve started to have great hair days. (Previously I may have had one great hair day per year! My hair is fuller, has more volume and shine. I’m totally sold on this blend. This one does take a little time I think - so give it an honest go

If you are looking for something that has everything you’re looking for in your diet I would recommend pine pollen. It not only has fiber but it has all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and all the saccharides combined. This works great for something to start off your morning. I take pine pollen with any type of juice and usually only do about 2 ounces so I get more of the pine pollen. It definitely has a taste and texture to it but not as bad as I thought it would be. I noticed that my hair is more shinier and my nails are looking more natural and healthier than ever. I use to do my nails everyday and they were so thin and unhealthy and ever since I started taking pine pollen they look gorgeous! I can tell that I’m more focused now that I’m taking pine pollen with shilajit and supernova. They work great together! I have more energy now that I take it with all my other powders in the morning. It helps me stay awake and focused for hours! I’m only taking half a tsp but it still helps !

WOW! This blend packs a punch. I started following Gavin for a while through a mutual friend that shared one his posts that had notjing to do with the blends. I have been reading books about parasites and fasting, but could never find any reliable sources. Then i see one of gavins posts about interstellar blends. I just had to try them. So I ordered a tester kit of nebula and 100g of 20:1 peel and spice. I take them every morning before work and every night after work. Even after the the first day, i felt the effects of 1/8th of a teaspoon of nebula, i was jumping everywhere, i had so much energy like i wanted to run a marathon. I could not shut up at work, even my coworkers thought something was off. Even my girlfriend was skeptical until i gave her a blend. Thermo was one of the first blends that I tried from Interstellar and is my favorite. I typically use in the morning mixed with Shilajit in tea which keeps going until the late afternoon. I have found that this helps when intermittent fasting and on the first day of an extended fast. I also like that there is data to support the use of the specific herbs in this blend.
