I had been visiting/staying with my dad while he was in a hospital rehab situation when he was diagnosed with Covid. Although I was feeling just fine, I had a Covid test, and my doctor also ordered the flu test. Well, I tested negative for Covid but positive for flu type A! I wonder why my mask did not keep me from getting the flu...hmmm....... Anyway... I had just recently started taking some of the blends (Super Nova, Peel, Super Hair, Thermo, Pine Pollen) and immediately started mega dosing on the sample of Victorious I had received, as well as increasing my dosage of Peel. (Thank you so much for that sample of Victorious, Gavin!) I did not have any Spice on hand, but nonetheless I never did get really sick. The day after I was diagnosed I was a little achy in the morning, but by late afternoon that was gone. The third day I was nauseous with diarrhea, which I felt was my body disposing of the virus. Wanted to share that I've experienced a significant decrease in my heart disease symptoms over the last year since I doubled my Spice/Peel intake. I can tell the main blockage on my Widow Maker artery on the back of my heart, that I've been carrying for over 15 years, has shrunk significantly. The proof is that when I have a bad day and eat all kinds of crap that I shouldn't eat, I experience almost no symptoms from it. A year ago I would've almost died from eating all that garbage. Now, almost nothing. Also, my depression is pretty much gone since starting Apigenin, Luteolin, and supplementing with Mag, Zinc and Lithium. 1/4 tsp API, 1/2 tsp Lut, 4 caps Mag and Zinc, 10 drops Lithium. And during this short time of constantly consuming the blends twice a day every single day without changing my diet, I have greatly improved my health as well as my mental well being plus I’ve lost 10 pounds without diet change or any exercise!!! These blends do work and you feel amazing taking them! I’ve purchased quite a few of the samples sizes to try out to find my favorites that best suit best for my goals and needs. I really do love all that I’ve taken…but I do have a few favorites which are: Glucose Buster, Space Born, Nebula, Rewire, Autonomous, Peel, Thermo, Helico and Luteolin I would say that being consistent is the key as well as sticking to a healthy eating plan which for me is imminent fasting and taking blends everyday and with that I’ve lost weight and more importantly my blood pressure has greatly improved again without exercising. With these improvements I really motivated to add the extended dry fasting once or twice a week as well exercising and adding some walking nothing crazy. First I have to say that (So Far), Trinity is my absolute favorite blend! I will admit that I bought it towards the end of November 2019, and only tried a very tiny amount for about two days. I noticed, even with that, that it made a difference in my mental state. However, stupidly, I stopped taking it till about May of 2020. I realized in May that I needed to get in control of my Health. It really hit the nail in the head, when I'd have panic attack in my car, in a parking lot of a store. And if I couldn't calm myself down, not matter how far I had driven, I would return home. This is NO WAY to live. One instance this happened-and once returning home and telling my parents what happened--they reminded me of my Blends! So, I took them the next morning, and the morning after that and so forth. I only got the Samples, but it still lasted quite a bit of time, and when I bought other blends my sample was usually Trinity!! After about one week, I realized that I literally could get out of my car and into a store without crying. THAT is what made me believe in the blends. They are SO Powerful! Really bad acne in school, followed by gastritis and acid reflux which would create massive problems for me later on in life. Costochondritis was something I was diagnosed with earlier this year and was advised by doctors that there is no known cure and so I would just have to firm it despite ending up in hospital multiple times in the space of a few months due to the inflammation of my ribs. This had massive effects on my ability to sleep and most nights because of how much pain I would be in, the only way I would get a decent hour or two of sleep would be through codeine which I became heavily dependant on amidst 101 other pills I was given by doctors. All of the stress build up then led to loss of hair and through taking strong medication for my acne, I developed depression to top it all off. I really did give up hope. I mean, who wouldn’t trust a medical professional who tells you there’s nothing they can do? Finding out about Gavins herbs changed everything for me. Absolutely everything. 3 days into taking them... 3 DAYS! Not only did I have the best nights sleep of my life with Hypnotic, but all of the anti inflammatory properties in these blends has cured me of the rib condition I thought I would be stuck with forever. My motivation has come back and I genuinely feel for the first time in my life, life I am becoming a healthier individual.
