So I did 1/2 tsp of Ascendance (regular dose is 1/4-1/8 tsp) and I could feel the effects within 15 min. Ascendance made me feel high and highly positive! It boosted my mood into the clouds. I've been managing arthritis pain in my hands and ankles for years with Spice and Peel blends (Mom has Rheumatoid and both parents have Osteo Arthritis). I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t hesitant about Trinity and Rewire but after reading reviews I knew it was no better time to purchase. I got my first order end of October and within the first few days I was feeling the effects. Trinity gave me that Mental clarity , anxiety and stress seemed fairly easy to control. I wish I had these in my life back when I was in sales because those were the most stressful times in my life. I take it first thing in the morning to set myself up for a good day and right before bed because that’s when my mind would run at 100mph. For instance seeing half naked woman on social media didn’t and still doesn’t really excite me much anymore. I’m not craving an alcoholic drink after drink , one glass of wine is sufficient. I Highly recommend Autonomous! This is my favorite blend so far! It’s amazing and I’ve not been sick since taking it.
