I DO NOT feel tired, I do not drag my feet in the morning, I don’t get distracted easily or have to slowly get my day started. I take my blends with Nebula and I am at 100%. I can run 12 miles and feel great (I’m a runner anyway-I am not saying you’ll be able to start from zero and go run 12 miles) or I can sit down to work and check 10 things off my to do list before 9am. Nebula increases my productivity and ability to stay on track. Even if a distraction comes up (a phone call or a person walking in interrupting me) I can easily pick back up where I left off and work projects to completion. I NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT NEBULA, this has to be my favorite.
4. Overall-I feel confident, powerful, positive, energetic, rested, calm, and AMAZING! My combo included samples of: Peel, Spice, Matcha, Trinity, Nebula, Pine Pollen, Shilajit, Seven Sages, Thermo and Niagra. Through the combination of these blends, I am sleeping well and I’m waking up easily. I feel strong and motivated before my workouts and have endurance and power during the workouts. I found out about these blends through a trader in London, been following him since i was 16. I’m 19 and he happened to share these blends on his social media account. Me being me i followed up on research. I figured i’m either going to try them or not. I ordered Trinity and was excited when i received it in the mail. This is a very balanced herbal mixture, it aids with fasting and general balance of well being. At first I thought I liked Thermo more but then as time went on the equilibrium and longevity of this blend definitely won out over Thermo for me at least. I do a lot of dry fasting. I don’t still have a lot of weight to lose, but I still have some. Nebula is the perfect blend to help with this. I first heard of Interstellar Blends through a friend of a friend. I’ll hold my hands up and admit that I was sceptical to begin with but found myself looking through some of the scientific studies under each product.
After having done my own due diligence, I managed to narrow my needs down to one product…Nebula! The reason I chose Nebula was because of having a highly stressful job which has strict deadlines to meet. Between looking after my child and having tight deadlines to meet I was finding myself stressed, anxious and absolutely shattered at the same time.
The parcel arrived within days…result! I couldn’t wait to get started and to see if it provided the results stated on the website or if it was all “hype”. I started my doses off quite small to see how tolerant I was to them. Admittedly, I had to up the dosage to feel the effects but when they hit, they really HIT. I was buzzing around the house with unseen energy levels since juggling parenthood and this high demand job. It took about an hour for the blends to really kick in but I’ve read that it’s different for everybody. I was taking Nebula approx 3 times per day (1x morning, 1x PM and 1x Evening). This blend just feels like cocaine, but without side effects. I’m waiting to take it to my muay thai training next week, i feel i’m unstoppable, i simply don’t feel exhausted. WOW! This blend packs a punch. I started following Gavin for a while through a mutual friend that shared one his posts that had notjing to do with the blends. I have been reading books about parasites and fasting, but could never find any reliable sources. Then i see one of gavins posts about interstellar blends. I just had to try them.
So I ordered a tester kit of nebula and 100g of 20:1 peel and spice. I take them every morning before work and every night after work. Even after the the first day, i felt the effects of 1/8th of a teaspoon of nebula, i was jumping everywhere, i had so much energy like i wanted to run a marathon. I could not shut up at work, even my coworkers thought something was off.
Even my girlfriend was skeptical until i gave her a blend. She just started a new stay at home job that paid double her salary but was a lot harder to understand. Amazing stuff! Already about 1 hour after taking Nebula for the first time, I was overflowing with energy and desire to use it somehow. It was Saturday, which I usually spend on my couch in front of the tv. But not that day. I simply could not sit still to save my life. I went on cleaning my apartment from top to bottom. Bathroom and kitchen drawers, then fridge and windows. I felt like somebody should come and stop me before I carried on to my neighbours house. I went for an 11 mile walk instead.
I work full time, I take online classes, which add about 20hrs to my work week and I could sleep for 10-12 hrs straight on weekends to recover. Not anymore. Now I have been taking Nebula regularly for about 2 weeks. I am doing 20:4 atm. I wake up after 5-6hrs of sleep without an alarm, ready to take on the new day. I no longer need 1,5 hrs to “wake up” like I used to. Doing my online classes became like a walk in the park. If a spaceship ran out of jet fuel, I bet nebula would be a great substitute. It makes me feel like a lean mean machine in the gym. It adds the turbo to my engine, keeps me powering through my workout. Helps me focus on isolating muscle groups to most effectively flow through the compound lift. Helps with maximizing the efficiency of each rep, because increased my ability to have steady control in each my lifts. It’s like my brain just communicates with my muscles way better.
As for my running, nebula provides me with consistent energy. My mental drive for my longer runs already exists, but nebula enhanced this to the umpteenth degree. The mental clarity and incredible focus helps me be aware of my form, breathing and cadence (finding a consistent maintainable pace seems effortless). One foot in front of the other gets you place, but nebula gets you significantly further.
I take 1/4 tsp of peel in the morning to help suppress my appetite along with espresso.
Pre workout blend regiment: 1/16-1/8 tsp of nebula, 1/4 tsp of shalijit (muscle recovery), with a shot of espresso

Nebula is the truth! I have always suffered with extreme nervousness with any sport I played or even giving presentations in college. I picked up playing a new sport called pickleball and I get so nervous that I literally Shake and you would think I had never played before. Nebula is the second herbal blend that I’ve tried and it gave me so much energy. I started with trinity to treat my anxiety and depression, & it worked for me in four days.
I read that nebula was like motivational rocket fuel so I had to try it. I like to try the blends individually first to see how they work. I started taking nebula and had amazing sleep, only needing around 5 hours.

I have hypothyroidism since forever, I was diagnosed when I was 10 years old (18 now). Doctors prescribed me medication and that I had to take them for the rest of my life. This is the real deal guys, if you’re looking for something to get you out of silly cry baby mode to beast mode this is the stuff. Be careful it will make you feel like you can achieve anything you put you mind to and luckily the stuff lasts a looong time.
Take 1/8 spoon a day and it’ll hit like 20cups of coffee.
Take 1/4 spoon and watch yourself fly through the day.
Take 1/2 spoon and realise you can’t feel your legs.
One thing I’ve also noticed is that it helps a lot with gym work. You’ll notice you can lift heavier than without and fatigue a whole lot less. This has got to be my favourite blend because has so many different applications.

Before using Nebula, I was having problems sleeping with a pain in my right foot. I also had been working with fasting to loose fat. Fasting was a little hard for me, after the 20th hour. I’m also pre-diabetes and have to be careful with what I eat. Eating with pre-diabetes, with the pain in my foot and attempts to fast, really leave often having a hard time falling to sleep.
After using Nebula on the first shot with coffee, I felt a very nice comforting feeling. I typically take Advil for the pain, but the comforting feeling the nebula gave me also effected my foot. It feels better when I take a shot and I’m very happy with the product. At night, before sleep, I make sure to take a shot of Nebula and I get more sleep-sleeping through the pain.

This is going to be quite the story/review, so buckle up. My husband and I got sick about two years ago and we couldn’t figure out what was going on. First of all I want to clarify that I am not the kind of person who will quickly be enthusiastic without having a real feedback on the products I bought. I became first time father this summer and adjusting to the new way of life was hard. I have to say when I stumbled onto this website I was pretty skeptical about Interstellar Blends. I thought that they didn’t make sense and that herbs can’t really be all that great. I decided to order a sample size of Nebula and to this day I stand very much corrected! Nebula is pretty damn awesome!
I recently began intermittent fasting to help get into shape, but each day was a struggle since I was always used to eating food and craving midday snacks all the time. Nebula has completely changed that! 1/8th of a teaspoon in the morning with some coffee or some fruit juice really picks me up and keeps me super active throughout the day. With Nebula I’m not even feeling the hunger pangs and dreaded snack cravings, I’m just powering through my day.
For pre-workout, don’t even get me started. I’ve been putting Nebula into either coffee or even a pre-workout drink before the gym and I am seeing huge results! Hello to future customer of Intersellar blends. I was introduced to this blissfully herb through a friend of a friend, and I am ever so grateful.
The past 4 months have been particularly tough as I was involved in a very serious work related injury. I fractured my sternum, the pain was excruciating I was offered to take steroid injection, which I refused. I began a low carb diet to reduce inflammation in my chest area, followed by intermittent fasting. The company could not offer me an office based position, hence reluctantly I resigned. Then I noticed my metabolism slowed down and switched to 2 meals a day. I made a lot of changes, however to tell the TRUTH I was dragging my heels. wowowowow. Let me tell you a little story about my experience with Nebula. I started training muay thai in Thailand and found myself sometimes struggling to keep up with the rigourous 4 hour daily training schedule. I noticed this most when I went to do 3 5 minute rounds with the pad holders, I would become exhausted halfway through and half to stop. The first time I tried nebula, something happened for sure, I didn’t feel wired or anything but the difference in my power, speed and endurance was noticeable by everyone in the gym, especially the pad holder who was very surprised and for the first time, had to change to bigger pads because my strikes were hurting his arms! The sound of my strikes hitting the pads was audible much louder and I can only put this significant shift down to Nebula.
Word of caution though: take whilst fasted do not take after eating a big meal. I did this once and it led me to having a delayed reaction, didn’t kick in until much later in the day when I was sitting down with friends at a restaurant, which wasn’t fun – you need to be moving and exerting yourself physically when you’re taking this stuff.

It’s funny how you get used to feeling a certain way so that’s just what you accept of yourself. Or you aren’t aware that something is wrong with you until you feel better. I didn’t realize how exhausted I get during the day. I didn’t realize how low energy I am. I just go through my day and anxiously await a proper time to go to bed. Or…. what’s it feel like not to have a headache? I don’t get migraine headaches, it’s just from not sleeping. I can expect a headache at least four times a week. Interstellar Blends to the rescue. So I have several of the blends in sample size. I’ve actually had them quite a while and I would take some here, take some there. I really got serious about it this past week and I have taken them at least twice daily and sometimes three times daily. WOW is all I can say. I’ve known about these herbs for about 3 years now and I’ve always been on the side lines debating whether I should take the risk or not and I’m really annoyed I didn’t jump on these sooner!!

Here is some insight from when I first received the blends in November:
Knew when the Interstellar Blends were
arriving, so I began fasting from the night before for preparation. By the time the package came through, I had been fasting for at least 16 hours. I was able to take 2 doses that day. My brain stack consists of nebula, rewire, autonomous, and spaceborn. Shortly after the first dose, I was already in a full blown workout. The day after – I felt so relaxed and grounded in my body. My friend spoke to me this week and said she can hear the shift in my voice. I also have a very overactive working mind. NEBULA makes you feel AMAZING… especially when working out. This blend just makes you give 0 flips about anything bad going on. Someone trying to annoy you? It’s like they’re not even there…. You literally could care less if someone is getting in your way. This blend will let NO ONE get In your head because you have pure confidence in damn near EVERYTHING your doing.
